Bridie and Aaron's Hubbard's Hills Wedding Photoshoot

Based in Louth, Lincolnshire, I am a wedding and family photographer that is extremely used to photographing couples and capturing amazing memories at Hubbard’s Hills on the town’s edge. That was exactly the case for Bridie and Aaron - and we certainly were able to put my experience to good use to create wonderful images to mark their wedding. This Your Big Day wedding photography coverage took place on a different day to the one where the couple celebrated with their friends and family, which worked perfectly and suited Bridie and Aaron so well.

We have beautiful pictures which we will treasure for a lifetime. Darren went above and beyond our expectations and we are very grateful!
— Bridie and Aaron | Your Big Day

Bridie and Aaron were, I think it’s fair to say, were a little hesitant about their outdoor wedding photoshoot but it was clear that as their morning progressed they embraced the session and we were able to create so many beautiful, timeless and comfortable images to mark their special day. When I am photographing couples, I always have ideas in mind and am able to use my experience to pick the right location for each set of images during the session. Hubbard’s Hills is brilliant as it offers so many different spots to get very different backdrops in a natural setting.

Bridie and Aaron were fantastic to work with and they were very open to suggestions and happy to be guided. As a professional photographer that is familiar with the environment, I was able to make the couple feel reassured and relaxed and that certainly shows in their many, many beautiful images. I brought along props which we were able to include and really helped to enhance their images.

he most important thing that I want my wedding couples to do during their portrait session is to have fun. Bridie and Aaron certainly had a great time and the more relaxed they became, the fun grew and grew! By the end of the wedding photo session I had them laughing, joking and showing off their dance skills which resulted in some of my favourite images from the day.

It is such a pleasure to be able to capture fabulous memories for couples during their wedding. I would definitely advocate that couples who want a relaxed and easy-going approach to their marriage to have their photographs taken on a different day to the rest of their celebrations - it gives you more time and we can work together to find the perfect spot for those perfect memories. As a Louth, Lincolnshire professional and experienced wedding photographer; I know some amazing locations for those happy moments.
